Our Refund/Return Policy consists of the following items:

• All items whether new, old, used or rebuilt are thoroughly tested in native systems before being shipped. 

• You can contact us before the purchase to determine if the item you are buying is the right one for your application. We have all documentation on all items we sell. So please call us, (651)442-9044, if necessary . We also have a full scale Systems Evaluation/Repair Service that can be used to determine the right parts for your application.

• All repairs are guaranteed for one year. Repaired items returned will be tested again in our labs. If the item is good and a configuration problem exists at your end, we will send the item back to you. If the item has a problem, it will be repaired and sent back to you. There is no cash/credit card refund. All warranties can be honored only one time meaning that if a replacement/repair was sent to you for a part that you ordered/repaired, another replacement/repair cannot be sent unless a new payment is arranged.

• Credit cards are accepted by arrangement only. Please contact us if you need to pay using a credit card. All payments are via company checks FED EXED to our street address or via Wire Transfer. Our invoices indicate payments options.

• We make the descriptions of all item as accurate as possible but we cannot guaranty that our descriptions are free of errors of omission and/or commission.
